Le Coam Course D'oenologie

Very informative and engaging course, the instructor was professional, funny and highly knowledgeable, and the selection of wines was fantastic. We were given six different wines to taste and understand the flavours of. The cheeses, meats, breads and confitures complemented the wines very well. The session lasted about two and a half hours. Definitely recommended if you're interested in wines.

During 2022, we took face-to-face courses in Paris for the WSET2 and WSET3 levels. The results of the WSET3 are not yet known, but I would like to thank our teachers and, in particular, Marie de R, our brilliant teacher during the WSET3 module. We progressed throughout the lessons with finesse and precision. By successive touch, the information scattered in our heads is now connected by giving it meaning. The many anecdotes, references to geography, and geology have made us better understand the choice of such vinification or grape variety in such regions. Agriculture has a long-term logic that obeys the laws of nature (natural factors). In contrast, the winemaker (human factors) has recently been trying to influence how his vineyard develops and the winemaking process. Whatever the level (WSET1,2,3 ....), this subject is fascinating. And in a context where the teachers are passionate and pedagogical, it becomes magical. Very terrible service!! I ordered the lessons at coam and passed my exam, however they don't send me my diploma.They made mistake by sending me another person's diploma (very unprofessional mistake!!!). Half year passed still not solved the problem. They don't reply my email nor my call. Be careful register their lessons, after receiving your money, they don't care about you any more!!!

I followed the COAM courses for WSET 1 and 2 in wine remotely. I could not have had better support in my project: the materials (paper and online) are very clear, the training questionnaires really help to verify the acquisition of knowledge and the support from the trainers is a real more. Top preparation and support, I recommend them 200%.

360-degree vision of wine, from terroir to tasting, including biology and winemaking. Face-to-face training in Paris with a very professional, efficient and friendly teacher (thank you Gérald!). There were only 8 of us, which created an atmosphere that was studious but warm and supportive at the same time. The COAM gives the keys and the desire to pass this exam (not so easy), so I recommend it 100% if you want to take the WSET with pleasure and seriousness!!!
